There’s a lot of different styles that are employed in blogging. Here are five that I have found to be pretty common. They are not mutually exclusive of course, so you’ll find that the themes run together in many highly successful blogs. If you want a highly successful blog, it can’t hurt to imitate them!

1. Niche marketing. These are sites deliberately constructed to target a niche and sell to it. It can be gardening, weight loss, whatever. Raising red worms is an example of a niche that I am interested in.
